J’ai donc pensé à un Automate. It works when compiled and ran as administrator! Les pauvres clampins qui se donnent cependant la peine d’essayer de comprendre les choses sont innondés comme toujours de renseignements inutiles ou erronés qui ne les aident vraiment pas du tout. By default AutoIt scripts run with standard user permissions but AutoIt has been coded to allow the script writer the option to « tag » a script in order to tell AutoIt if it needs to run with full admin rights or not. De plus, j’ai un windows 7 Pro sous les mains, et un vista pour test. Il faudrait qu’autoit enregistre les manips:

Merci d’avance de votre aide. It is inspired by Shoes. Add Trace Lines command. Je n’ai pas changé le contenu du au3. Par exemple, j’aimerais automatiser l’installation d’un logiciel pour d’autres postes. Last edited by Laddy on Mon 4 Apr – Signaler Commenter la réponse de sebsauvage.
I am trying to open up System Properties and the modify the Visual Performance settings and I cannot get Autoit to click on the button. Editing the keys does not appear to refresh the screen like using the wizard does, meaning scriptwritfr reset is required before they are applied? Editing the registry does not change the check boxes in the Performance Options to reflect the new value of the keys checked or uncheked.
Si ton labeur est dur et que tes résultats sont minces, souviens toi du grand chêne qui avant n’était qu’un gland L’art de lire, c’est l’art de penser avec un peu d’aide. Apr 18 I tried your code and it opens the Scriptwriiter Properties but does not proceed after that.
OK, I have to change the script, then. I’ll prepare the script for Vista and you’ll have to adapt it maybe for Windows 7. I don’t think that the compilation can solve the problem, because, it is not a real compilation.
The AutoHotkey compilation combines the AutoHotkey. The reason why I would like to compile the script is that I won’t be able to install Autoit or AutoHotKey on every machine but a stand alone executable can be run without the need of additional software.
Bassiclly I am more concerned with compatibility than file size. I truly appreciate you assistance Oldman!
Finally, it is similar in every OS. I’ve deleted a line which was useless. And I changed the syntax, AutoIt accepts a variety of syntax. Aautoit you run it with AutoHotkey, it might be possible you had to run it as administartor.
I don’t know for AutoIt. The 0 represents the 1st item in the list. Beginning with Windows Vista, new security features have been introduced in Windows to restrict the running of files that require administrative rights.
By default AutoIt scripts run with standard user permissions but AutoIt has been coded to allow the script writer the scriptwrlter to « tag » a script in order to tell AutoIt if scriptwritr needs to run with full admin rights or not.
Feb 18 The script unchecks the first item and closes the setting windows. It works when compiled and ran as administrator! Thank you so much Oldman! The following code will open System Preferences, open Performance Options, Adjust for best performance, then selectively enable only the settings that you need.
Nothing that I have tried worked. Can anyone help me figure this out? Also, I am aware that I can use the registry to edit the settings but: I don’t know each and every key that would need to be edited. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
Windows Automation – ControlClick Issues
The example auttoit the first item of the « visual effects » tab. The changes have been done to run on windows XP. What Windows are you running? I don’t know if you intend to run it with AutoHotkey or AutoIt? I see, thank you. SysTreeView] », « Uncheck », » 0″. I do not receive any errors. The System Properties opens. After that however, the button is not clicked and the settings are not changed.
Utiliser Autoit [Résolu]
The account is an administrator locally and in the domain. The line of code that seems to be the issue is where it clicks the button. AU3Info provides the following info: I found this note in the AutoIt documentation, but, I continue to investigate further. To force a script to attempt to run itself with administrative rights add the RequireAdmin directive at the top of your script. Not yet tested on Vista.
I really learned something from this project! Sctiptwriter is my finished script. Thanks again Oldman, I could not have done this without your help! Back to Ask for Help.
